Acceptance of terms
By using Babel APT, users agree to these terms and conditions and any related policies applicable to the system.
User accounts
Users are responsible for their accounts, passwords, and login information. Login credentials should not be shared, and suspicious activity should be reported to the administrator.
System usage
The system should be used for apartment management, rooms, tenants, bills, slips, documents, and related data only. Users must not use it unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
Accuracy of information
Property owners or administrators are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the system, including room prices, utilities, bills, tenant data, and payment details.
Documents and payments
Documents generated by the system, such as invoices, receipts, or reports, should be reviewed by administrators or property owners before official use.
Suspension or restrictions
The system may restrict access if misuse, security violations, or actions that may harm the system or other users are detected.
Service changes
Babel APT may improve, change, or add system features to enhance the service. Important changes may be communicated through appropriate channels.
Limitation of responsibility
We aim to provide accurate and continuous service, but users should review important information themselves, especially financial records, documents, and reports used officially.
